In order to discuss planning a surprise birthday celebration for Bill's sister, Victoria stopped over Bill's new residence. They decide that his new location would be ideal for a party. Now all they have to do is arrange for food and beverages as well as guest lists. Despite their long-standing friendship, all of the former group members have moved on and may be interested in joining them. Bill becomes intrigued when Victoria offers that she invite a few of her pals, joking that he might not be able to handle that many girls at once. Victoria believes that she is the girl that he should be dealing with. Although he is still an old and good friend, she feels that he has matured into a fine young man and expresses her desire to begin the celebration immediately.
