When Johnny and her friend Lily Carter visit his sister, she wants to play cards while his sister is fast asleep. Though Johnny offers they play strip poker, he would much prefer shoot pool than play Go Fish. Playing High Card No Pants, where the winner keeps their pants on whichever card is drawn, is Lily's preferred game. Johnny loses, his trousers fall off, and Lily's lips appear!
