Charles works for Mellanie as an employee in her sales company. She hears Charles and a possible client having an odd chat when she is taking a little lunch break. Mellanie is growing increasingly irate with Charles as he continues to belittle that client. She walks over to his desk and strikes up a conversation with him after the call. She emphasises that in order to help him with clients, he needs to develop some finesse. He doesn't get it until Mellanie snatches his tie and uses her lips to DEMONSTRATE to him what finesse means.
